If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or you have received the purchased product in damaged condition, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 7 (Seven) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with guarantee card & any other tags attached to the product.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- If you have decided to return the Sleepx product received by you, please inform your decision to our Customer Care on Care@Sleepx.Com
The Customer care executive will advise you on properly packaging the product for return & also arrange for the courier person to collect the packed product from you.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. In case the defect is found genuine, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) .. You will receive the credit within a certain amount within 15 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. As you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. You have to ensure that the returned product reaches us in good condition. Any cost incurred towards the transit damages will be debited to you. Timelines for refund & Amount will be refunded via same source. Your product will be deliver with in 7 working days.
Duplicate clause
If customer paid twice for one product then the refund should be for one transaction.
Cancellation
Once a payment has been made no cancellation will be entertain.
