Refunds and Returns Policy

1. We are confident that you will love it. If you're still not completely satisfied within 100 nights of sleeping on your new Sleep X mattress, you may return it, and you are entitled to a refund.
2. Adjustment Period: As per research, it is proven that changes in the mattress can take 3–4 weeks. We ask that you give your Sleep X mattress a fair chance of success.
3. The 100-Night Trial is valid for the first 100 nights following the date of order. In the event of a swap between different models, the 100-night trial will not be applicable.
4. Refunds will be made using only the original payment method used during the order within 5-7 working days of receiving the returned product.
5. Reverse pickup charges will be applicable for the replacement of the mattresses. The return request can be placed at any time within 100 days of purchase.
6. A registered consumer is only allowed to return a mattress once. A mattress that has already been exchanged is not returnable. A mattress must be returned or refunded along with the original invoice, warranty card, and paperwork in order to be qualified for the 100-night trial or any warranty claims.
7. We will need photographic proof of the mattress from your end when opting for a return.
8. Returns or refunds will be subject to the condition of the mattress at the time of return. Any signs of improper use or physical damage will result in the non-acceptance of a return or refund.
9. If there are any signs of liquid spillage, damage, dirt, or staining on the mattress during the inspection, the mattress will not be returned or refunded.
10. The return or refund policy will be revoked if the mattress is used on an improper surface or without proper support.
11. Canceled orders that have already been shipped may incur cancellation fees or require two-way transportation.
12. Any return due to incorrect size ordering, model exchange, or price difference between sale events is not permitted.
13. All approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days after the mattress has been picked up for return.
14. Sheela Foam Limited/SleepX reserves the right to refuse the 100 Nights Trial offer to an individual or entity associated with a mattress manufacturer/brand.
15. Sheela Foam Limited/SleepX shall make the final decision on refund under the 100 Nights Trial offer, keeping in mind the Terms and Conditions of the 100 Nights Trial offer. The company reserves the right to reject any request claim in the event it doesn't satisfy the Terms and Conditions of the 100 Nights Trial offer.
16. Disputes, if any, are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
17. 100 Nights Trial is only applicable on standard size mattresses. Purchase of Non-standard or Custom size mattresses does not fall under the 100 Nights Trial offer.
18. Returns are limited to two (2) single sizes or one (1) double/queen/king size for a customer
19. If a customer purchased multiple orders, they were only allowed to return one order with the above-mentioned quantity.
